Move-in Checklist
Please review the details below and let us know if you have any questions we can answer for you.
First Month’s Rent & Deposit
Your first month’s rent bill and your security deposit must be paid at the lease signing. Please check the amounts with us in advance to avoid any problems.
Move-in Report
Please fill out the move-in report after moving in and return it to our offices within 10 days. We’ll use this report to check whether any new damage has occurred at the end of your stay, so please be thorough.
Utility Accounts
All utility accounts for your new rental need to be placed in your name immediately after signing the lease. Do this quickly to avoid losing access to your utilities.

30-Day Notice to Vacate
Please provide us with written notice of your intent to vacate your rental property at least 30 days in advance. Download the form to get started.
Property Condition
Before you move out of your home, you’ll need to bring it back to its original condition.
Property Cleaning
Carefully clean every room in your property. Refer to the information in the move-in report you completed at the outset of your lease to determine whether you need to make any repairs.
If any damage has occurred, you’ll need to make repairs before moving out. Any unrepaired damages will be covered with the security deposit funds.
Security Deposit
The security deposit will be returned to you as quickly as possible after moving out of the property. If we need to make any repairs, we will perform these and deduct the expenses from your deposit.
You’ll receive the remainder, along with a statement documenting the deductions.
